The Support Series is an monthly series of online fundraisers to raise money for and awareness of local social & racial justice organizations. This month, we're encouraging people to donate to MassVOTE, a non-partisan, non-profit organization that seeks to increase voter participation in Massachusetts. They advocate for electoral justice for the sake of building a government truly representative of the people. MassVOTE works to increase voter registration, education, and participation in historically underrepresented communities in Massachusetts to promote social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.

We urge you to learn more about MassVOTE... and donate, if you can!

This is the fifth in a series of online concerts to raise money for social change. Each event will raise money for a different organization working for social and racial justice in Boston and beyond.

About the artists
ANGELA SAWYER used to be a professional nice-lady, very artsy, who ran one weekly and four monthly comedy type shows, one of which was in her house. She also played horrible music no one liked and always worked 3 or 7 jobs because death comes for us all so your google calendar had better flow like niagra, damnit. Now that the end of the world is here, she plays jackbox late at night on discord and is not very good at either of those.

A. CAMPBELL PAYNE is a performer and composer based in Boston who creates dance and ambient music that explores the concepts of pattern, chance, repetition, recursion, time, and community.

ANDREW NEUMANN is an interdisciplinary artist working in a variety of media, including electronic music, sculpture, video and film installation. He is the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, LEF Foundation and Harvestworks grants among other awards. He has been awarded residencies at MacDowell Colony, STEIM, Ucross Foundation, Djerassi, YADDO, among others. He has performed at Experimental Intermedia Foundation, Issue Project Room, Roulette, Spectrum, ICA Boston, and other venues. He has had solo shows at bitforms Gallery, The Center for Photography at Woodstock, DeCordova Museum, 11Jane St. and the Boston Cyberarts Gallery. His videos have been shown on PBS, The Worldwide Video Festival, Artist Space and elsewhere. He is currently mixing a quartet CD, and preparing a solo electronic performance for CD release.

WENHUA SHI pursues a poetic approach to moving image making, and investigates conceptual depth in film, video, interactive installations and sound sculptures. His work has been presented at museums, galleries, and film festivals, including International Film Festival Rotterdam, European Media Art Festival, Athens Film and Video Festival, Ann Arbor Film Festival, Pacific Film Archive, West Bund 2013: a Biennale of Architecture and Contemporary art, Shanghai, Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism, and the Arsenale of Venice in Italy. He has received awards including the New York Foundation for the Arts, the New York State Council on the Arts, and Juror’s Awards from the Black Maria Film and Video Festival.
